    Everything in the hotel exceed our expectation. Staff was perfect. We have family celebration and my wife were asking hotel to prepare small surprises - it was done great. Breakfast was excellent, coffe mashine at room makes me happy all day long.

    Nothing, probably this hotel was best I had ever stayed

    The hotel itself was very nice and

    The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good. Rooms and bathroom were very good. There were some issues with the check-in process, made it a bit frustrating and unexpected.

    Room was very clean and spacious. Decoration of the room was rather conservative. Should it be more brilliant, it could be looked much more attractive. Location was good if you liked to buy brand goods, but a bit far away from old town.

    We loved it - an excellent hotel with great staff, a wonderful hotel bar (old style) and spacious rooms.

    Not in central town, a good 25 minutes walk to the Grand Place.

    The location was excellent for shopping. Very relaxing atmosphere in the public areas and bar. Breakfast is very good. Inner courtyard rooms are very quiet; you would never know you were in the middle of a busy city.

    Whilst the room was of a good size the decor was very tired; the carpet was worn out in places, the upholstery stained and a lampshade torn.

    My three-night stay became nice thanks to the friendly staff who offered personalized recommendations for local attractions. The Beautiful Room provided a cozy retreat after busy days, but be sure to request a room away from the noisy neighbors for peace at night. Great dining options nearby!

    Good location, nice interior.

    Staff partly appeared to be indifferent. Not acceptable that you have to pay for internet in a hotel like that. Parking fees should not apply for hotel guests. Additional charges for gym and pool are annoying. Access to pool prohibited for my 11 year old son who was really looking forward to the pool.
